Cancellation Policy

Nerf Wars After School Club – Terms & Conditions 1. Booking and Payment All bookings must be made online via the Achieve Sports Academy website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place. 2. Attendance By booking a place, your child is registered to attend the selected session(s). PAYG bookings apply to the specific session selected Course bookings apply to all sessions within the stated course dates It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure their child attends the correct sessions. 3. Refunds and Cancellations All bookings are non-refundable. Missed sessions cannot be transferred, refunded, or carried forward. In exceptional circumstances, Achieve Sports Academy may offer a discretionary transfer at its sole discretion. 4. Behaviour and Conduct Children are expected to behave in a safe and respectful manner at all times. Achieve Sports Academy reserves the right to remove any child from a session or course if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. No refund will be given in these circumstances. 5. Health and Medical Information Parents/guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information during booking. By confirming the booking, you agree that: your child is fit and able to participate in physical activity any relevant medical or behavioural needs have been disclosed 6. Emergency Contact A valid emergency contact number must be provided. In the event of illness or injury, Achieve Sports Academy will attempt to contact the parent/guardian or emergency contact immediately. 7. Photography and Video Consent Where consent is given, Achieve Sports Academy may take photographs and/or videos during sessions for: - marketing - promotional use - social media No personal details will be shared without additional consent. 8. Safety and Liability All activities are delivered in a controlled and supervised environment. While all reasonable precautions are taken, participation in physical activity carries a level of inherent risk. By booking, parents/guardians accept this and allow their child to take part. 9. Changes to Sessions Achieve Sports Academy reserves the right to: - change session times - change locations - cancel sessions Where possible, reasonable notice will be given. 10.
